The Positive arts team recently worked with young people in Southwark on a project to redesign a local playground. Monkees, Zebras and Hippos were the order of the day and over 4 days the wall was transformed.

If Walls could speak

Recently Positive Arts got together with Clapham Film unit to launch " If Walls could Speak", a film about the rich history of Brixton Murals and the people who painted them. Celebrating the Bee

The latest project involved with Positive Arts involved painting on the theme of urban gardening and bee keeping. Inner city communities are looking at ways to create their own food supplies and farm these amazing creatures as part of low impact living.
Extra care was taken when painting near the hive in case of a mass exodus to check out the painters, the artists survived enough to get photos. For more info on low impact living check out the following:
