Transition Town, Brixton
On Thursday 27th August I teamed up with debate your plate to paint a piece for Transition Town Brixton. Soon the Brixton pound will be available to be spent in local businesses. The idea is that money will stay within the local community and will raise peoples awareness of the importance of supporting local traders and growers.
In September Brixton gets its first farmers market in the town centre. I'm personally hoping we go the whole hog, independence, our own laws and throw a decent flag in for good measures!
