Beauty is soul deep
The aim of this project was to look at images in the media and how advertisers target young people using slick images of air brushed models, finely groomed musicians and expensive beauty products.
Everywhere you look this is what you see and it can be quite hard to switch off from this. We wanted to create portraits of the artists by the artists using creativity and paint techniques to illustrate how they saw themselves.
